目的创新药品技术监督模式,提高药品生产企业质量检验能力,保证辖区公众用药安全。方法对药品生产企业质检人员进行持续培训,加强对质检部门的现场检查与实践能力考核。结果与结论提高了药品生产企业质检部门的整体检验检测能力和水平,同时也提高了省、市药检系统专业技术人员的能力素质。

Objective Through innovating the model of technical supervision, to raise the ability ot drug manufacturers for quality control, then ensure the people use safety medicine. Methods With continuously training the quality staff, strengthen on-site inspection and practice of capacity assessment. Results and Conclusion The overall ability of quality inspection of drug manufacturers was improved, but also improved the capability of professional and technical personnel who in provincial and municipal institute for drug control.
