摘要
目的测定黑龙江产狭叶荨麻全草中精制多糖的含量。方法以苯酚-硫酸比色法测定,检测波长490nm。结果黑龙江产狭叶荨麻全草中精制多糖的3批平均含量为64.85%,RSD为1.36%,平均回收率为99.76%,RSD为1.19%,线性范围为2.39~14.34（μg.mL-1）,r=0.9993。结论该方法操作简单,精密度、稳定性及重复性好,结果可靠,可用于狭叶荨麻精制多糖的含量测定。
Objective To determinate the contents of the refined polysaccharides in Urtica angusitifolia in Heilongjiang.Methods The contents were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method at 490nm.Results The contents of refined polysaccharides was 64.85% and RSD was 1.36%.The average recoveries and RSD were 99.76% and 1.19% and the linear range was 2.39~14.34（μg·mL-1）,r=0.9993.Conclusion The method is simple,steady,accurate and reproducible.It may be used to determine the contents of refined polysaccharides in Urtica angusitifolia.
