墨粉低温定影性能的影响因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the factors of toner low-temperature fusing performance

摘要 介绍了复印机、打印机墨粉的组成及其定影性能评价方法,探讨了不同分子质量分布的聚苯乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂、低分子蜡对墨粉定影性能的影响。结果表明,在墨粉树脂组分中同时加入低分子质量组分和高分子质量组分的聚苯乙烯丙烯酸树脂可降低墨粉的定影温度、扩大定影温度范围并改善定影性能;低分子质量聚酯树脂更适应低温定影要求并提供良好的耐久性和保存性;低分子蜡的使用有利于改善offset性能。 The toner composition for copiers and printers and the fusing performance evaluation methods were introduced.The effects of different molecular weight distribution polystyrene resin,polyester resin,low molecular weight wax on the toner fusing performance were investigated.The results showed that adding low molecular weight and high molecular weight polystyrene acrylic resin in the toner resin component could reduce the toner fusing temperature,expand the fusing temperature range and improve the fixing performance.The low molecular weight polyester resins better adapted to low temperature fusing requirements and provide a good snapshot durability and preservation.The use of low molecular weight wax would help to improve the offset performance.
