Roles of Dietary Protein in Immunity of Fish and Shrimp

鱼虾对蛋白质的需要量较大,蛋白质是机体生长、繁育、代谢和维持健康等环节中至关重要的营养物质,与机体免疫能力的关系也十分密切。本文对近10年来蛋白质营养对鱼虾免疫能力的作用及其机理的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为鱼虾蛋白质营养与免疫能力关系的深层次研究与实践应用提供依据。

Fish and shrimp have large requirements for protein,which is a major and essential nutrient for growth,reproduction,metabolism and health maintenance,and protein also has close relation with immunity.In order to lay a foundation for practical application and advance research on relationship between protein nutrition and immunity in fish and shrimp,this paper mainly reviews effects of feed protein on fish immunity and its mechanism of action in the recent decade.
