摘要
京沪高铁的开通标志着中国进入了"高铁时代",高铁对民航的部分产品替代性竞争日益显现。为了应对这一"高铁时代"下的冲击,中国民航势必要加快战略转型,主动适应科技进步带来的外部环境的改变。本文从中国民航战略管理转型的必要性分析入手,分别运用波特的价值链分析模型和竞争作用力模型以中国典型航空公司为对象,详细分析了其目前的内部环境和外部环境,并提出方向性建议。
The opening of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway marks the beginning of the "high high-speed railway age", high-speed rail alternative to some products of civil aviation becomes more and more competition.In response to this "high-speed railway age", the Civil Aviation of China is bound to accelerate the strategic transformation and initiatives to adapt to technological progress which brought about the change of environment. The new strategic management of the Civil Aviation of China are analyzed using Porter's value chain model and competitive forces models to the typical Chinese airlines. In the thesis, we analyze the current internal and external environment of Civil Aviation of China, and make recommendations direction.
