针对数控车床切槽加工的实际问题,通过实例分析了槽加工中容易遇到的技术难题,并介绍了利用切刀的两个刀尖点编程及调整程序以达到精度要求的方法,希望此方法在生产中得到推广应用。

Based on the practical problems of numerical control lathe slot-cut working, technical problems encountered in slot-cut working were analyzed through example analysis, and two tool tip programming using cutting knife, as well as adjusting the program to achieve accuracy requirements were introduced, so that this method can be widely used in production.
