摘要
建筑工程施工成本管理一方面可以在保证质量和工期的前提下有效的使成本控制在一定范围内;另一方面可以提高企业的经济效益。本文主要从工程项目施工成本管理的内容、原则入手,来探讨施工成本管理的措施。
On one hand, cost management in the construction engineering can control the cost in the premise of ensuring the quality and time limit for a project; On the other hand, it can improve the economic benefit of enterprise. This article, from the contents, principle of cost management of construction projects, mainly discussed the measures of cost management.
