摘要
非营利组织在当前人类社会活动的不同领域正在发挥着其不可或缺的日益重要的作用,非营利组织软实力理论也被学者提出,并逐步被普遍接受,非营利组织软实力建设是非营利组织本身发展的内在要求。非营利组织应通过深化建立共同愿景、突出特色、创新文化载体、树立品牌形象等举措,加强非营利组织软实力的建设。
The nonprofit organizations play an indispensable important role in different fields of the current human social activities, and soft power theory of non-profit organization is put forward by scholars, and it is gradually accepted. The soft power construction of non-profit organization is intrinsic requirement for itself development. The nonprofit organization should strengthen soft power construction of non-profit organization by measures, such as establishing common vision, highlighting characteristics, building brand image and so on.
