摘要
本文在基于对相关概念加以阐释的基础上,对当今民营高科技企业中知识型员工管理沟通所存在的问题进行了分析,并最终提出了一些看法和建议。
This article analyzes the issues of knowledge workers＂ management and communication that exist in China＇s private high-tech enterprises on the basis of explaining several related conceptions, and finally gives some suggestions.
