Financial Management Problems of State-owned Grain Enterprise and Countermeasures

随着粮食购销市场化进程的不断推进,为了在激烈的市场竞争中争得一席之地,一些国有粮食企业片面强调短期经济效益,忽视财务管理的作用,本文主要分析了目前国有粮食企业财务管理存在的问题及形成原因,并就存在的问题提出了基本对策,在国有粮食企业财务管理方面具有一定的参考价值。

With the continuous market advancement of the purchasing and selling of food, in order to win a place in the fierce market competition, some state-owned grain enterprises put undue emphasis on short-term economic benefit, ignore the role of financial management. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the present financial management of state-owned grain enterprises and reasons, and puts forward the basic strategies which provide reference for financial management of state-owned grain enterprises.
