Information management is an essential component of logistics enterprises development,but in the process of implementation of information management, many logistics enterprises are lack of unified planning and management, misunderstanding in the information management.Therefore,the logistics how to implement information management is a worthy subject of study.The paper first analyzes the importance of logistics information management,then points out some problems to be resolved when logistics enterprises implement information management,and proposes related suggestion and countermeasures,it has a certain significance for logistics enterprises to promote the process of information.
