摘要
近年来,伴随着经济转轨、社会转型,高校人才流动呈日益走强趋势,尤其是陕西民办高校也存在着教师队伍人才流失现象。本文在对陕西民办高校进行实证分析的基础上对职业高原的结构及相关变量进行深入研究,在此基础上形成职业高原与陕西民办高校教师流失的相关关系问卷调查表,验证本文提出的理论假设。从职业高原的视角为陕西民办高校教师队伍流失提供一定的理论依据。
In recent years, with the economic transformation, social transformation, the flow of talent in university is increasingly strong, particularly, there are also teachers drain phenomenon in Shaanxi private colleges. In this paper, based on the empirical analysis of Shaanxi private colleges, the authors studied the structure of occupational plateau and its related variables, on the basiS, formed the questionnaire Of the correlatiqn between occupational plateau and the teachers drain in Shaanxi private colleges tO verify the theoretical assumptions proposed in this paper and prov!de a theoretical basis for the teachers drain in Shaanxi private colleges from the perspective of career plateau.
