本文总结了护士分层管理在肿瘤专科应用中的经验,为分层管理模式在护理管理中进一步推广奠定基础。
In this paper, we sum up the experience of multi-zone supervision on nurse of onclolgy specialty. And this experience is worthy of being further expanded.
