非人灵长类疱疹病毒对人的潜在危害

Potential Risk of Herpes Virus in Non-human Primates to Humans

摘要 非人灵长类动物(Non-human primate,NHP)是开展人类组织结构、免疫、生理和代谢等医学研究必不可少的实验动物之一,但NHP携带多种人兽共患病病毒,对人类健康造成不同程度的威胁,甚至危及生命。本文对非人灵长类疱疹病毒的致病特性及对人类的生物安全性作一综述。 Non-human primates（NHPs） were necessary to medical study in humans in several fields such as tissue structure,immunity,physiology and metabolism.However,NHPs carry various viruses of zoonoses,which threaten the health even life of humans.This paper reviews the pathogenic character of herpes virus in NHPs as well as its biosafety to humans.
