TGF-β_1、CTGF在脊髓型颈椎病椎间盘退变组织中的表达及意义 被引量:2

Expression and significane of TGF-β_1 and CTGF in cervieal degenerated spondytotic discs

摘要 目的探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)在脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)椎间盘退变组织中的表达及意义。方法将手术切除的30例CSM的椎间盘组织(病变组)和10例来源于颈椎骨折患者的椎间盘组织(对照组)作TGF-β1及CTGF免疫组化半定量检测及ELISA定量检测,对结果进行分析。结果病变组中TGF-β1及CTGF的表达量及含量均高于对照组(18.456±2.321 vs.1.901±0.018和16.695±1.267vs.1.013±0.012)(P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β1及CTGF在颈椎间盘组织表达增高对促进颈椎间盘的退变可能发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of transforming growth factor-β1(TGFβ1) and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy of degenerated spondylotic discs.Methods The expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF were detected by immunohistochemistry method and ELISA in 30 cases with cervical intervertebral disc herniation and 10 cases with normal cervical intervertebral disc tissues.Results The expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF were higher in the degenerated intervertebral disc than those in the normal intervertebral disc [(18.456±2.321 vs.1.901±0.018) and(16.695±1.267 vs.1.013±0.012)](P〈0.05).Conclusion The higher expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF may have an important role in promoting the degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc.
