Fas-670基因多态与胃癌临床指标的关系

摘要 目的研究凋亡基因Fas-670基因多态与胃癌临床指标的关系。方法收集95例胃癌患者外周血,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测胃癌患者Fas-670基因多态,分析其与胃癌临床指标之间的关系。结果胃癌中Fas-670基因纯合野生型AA为29.5%(28/95),杂合型AG为49.5%(47/95),纯合突变型GG为21.0%(20/95);胃癌患者Fas-670基因型与年龄、TNM分期无关联(P>0.05)。结论 Fas-670基因多态可能与青海地区胃癌患者预后无相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation between Fas-670 gene polymorphism and clinical index of gastric cancer.Methods The peripheral blood of 95 patients with gastric cancer was collected.The Fas-670 gene polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms(PCR-RFLP) assay and the association between the polymorphism and the clinical index of gastric cancer was analyzed.Results In gastric cancer,the frequencies of homozygous wild-type AA,heterozygous type AG and homozygous mutant GG of Fas-670 gene were 29.5%(28/95),49.5%(47/95) and 21.0%(20/95),respectively.Fas-670 gene polymorphism of patients with gastric cancer was not associated with age or TNM stage(P〉0.05).ConclusionFas-670 gene polymorphism may not be correlated with prognosis of gastric cancer in Qinghai area,China.
