小肠系膜炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤一例

摘要 患者男,43岁。腹痛、黑便半年余,伴有发热、恶心及腹胀,无呕吐及腹泻,体重下降约15kg。体检：左侧中上腹可触及一包块,边界不清,活动度差。全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大。血常规：白细胞10.71×109/L,中性粒细胞0.779,血小板333×109/L。腹部彩超：下腹部可探及实质不均质含气性包块（图1）,大小约7.6 cm×5.9 cm,边界欠清,彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）、
