摘要
以Cu-22Sn为基体,在此基础上添加Ni和Mn及其它微量元素,研制了一种低熔点铜基钎料。该钎料可在850℃下钎焊,钎焊温度比纯铜钎料低200℃,可在较低温度下钎焊低碳钢。对该钎料的钎焊工艺性能、钎料微观组织以及力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,该钎料具有优异的钎焊工艺性和润湿性,接头强度较高,冶金特性优异,界面冶金结合致密,焊后表面光滑,并且焊缝具有良好的塑性。解决了用纯铜钎焊时温度高造成的能耗高及产品变形等问题。
A kind of Cu-base brazing filler metal with low melting temperature was developed based on Cu-22Sn,and Ni,Sn,Zn and the other elements were added into it.The brazing temperature of brazing filler metal is 850°C,which is lower 200°C than copper brazing filler metal. The brazing filler metal can be used to braze low carbon steel at low brazing temperature.The brazing performance,microstructure and mechanical properties of the brazing filler metal were studied.The results show that the brazing filler metal has excellent brazing ability .wettability and enough joint strength and ductility.The brazed joint has excellent metallurgical properties,and smooth surface.The problem of high energy consumption and joint deformation had been solved,which caused by high-temperature brazing of copper brazing filler metal.
