基于特征的大型焊件参数化设计

摘要 通过对大型焊件的结构特点分析,提出了将子焊件的特征、焊缝特征及坡口特征作为焊件中的特征实体进行参数化建模的方法,结合单元特征库和焊缝特征库对焊件的特征建模,使用结构草图控制大型焊件中各子焊件的特征以及各子焊件之间的装配关系,快速实现大型焊件的参数化设计,建立了焊件参数化设计系统,并且有效地提取各个实体的特征及焊缝的各种信息,为后续的焊件CAPP/CAM提供有效的信息。 In view of few research on the whole structure design,based on the analysis of the characteristics of large weldments,by taking the characteristics of sub-weldmenls,weld and groove as the features of the large weldment,the parametric modeling method was put forward.By using the features of the sub-weldments and their relationships,feature modeling realizes the rapid parametric design of large weldments.The parametric design system of weldments was established.Every solid feature and various kinds of weld information were effectively extracted, which offers the effective information for the following CAPP/CAM of weldments.
