基于高速摄像的铝合金TIG焊视觉基础研究

摘要 方波交流TIG焊是铝合金焊接中最常用的方法之一。利用高速摄像,系统分析了铝合金方波交流TIG焊电流过零前后及过零瞬间,焊接电弧和熔池的视觉特征。结果表明,在电流过零的瞬间,弧光辐射相对最弱,熔池边界特征清晰,是焊接熔池较理想的采像时间。 Square wave AC(alternating current)TIG(tungsten inert-gas)welding is one of the commonest welding methods for aluminum alloys. The visual characterization of welding arc and molten pool in the current zero-crossing process was investigated with a high-speed camera. The results suggest that the welding arc light is the most weak at the current zero crossing moment,and the molten pool edge is the most clear, and this moment should be the best imaging time for the molten pool.
