低度恶性纤维黏液样肉瘤1例 被引量：4

摘要 患者女性,30岁,因左大腿上段肿物2年6个月伴局部肿胀6个月入院。肿物位于皮下深部组织,大小8 cm×6 cm×4 cm,边界较清楚,似有包膜。影像学MRI示左大腿上段分叶状软组织肿瘤,大小7.1 cm×3.8 cm×3.8 cm,T1W1示与肌肉信号相似,T2W1呈不均匀高信号,其内浑浊点状。
