腹型肥胖患者脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白与胰岛素抵抗的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨腹型肥胖患者血清脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法选择腹型肥胖患者140例及正常对照组139例,测量身高、体重、腰围(WC)、臀围、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及A-FABP,计算体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并进行对比分析。结果腹型肥胖组血清A-FABP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);血清A-FABP与BMI、WC、WHR、FBG、HOMA-IR、SBP、DBP、TG及FINS呈正相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论腹型肥胖患者存在IR,且血清A-FABP水平与IR密切相关。
