玷污层对根尖倒充填后微渗漏的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用染料渗透法观察玷污层去留对根尖微渗漏的影响。方法选取人单根管前牙36颗,逐步后退法预备根管,侧压法充填根管,根尖倒预备,根尖倒预备后将标本随机分为A、B两组,每组18颗。实验组:17%EDTA+1%NaOCl+10%枸橼酸冲洗根尖去除根尖到预备后的玷污层,对照组不用任何冲洗液冲洗,用玻璃离子倒充填根尖,通过染料渗透法染色,脱矿脱水制成透明牙,两组离体牙在体式显微镜下拍照,并测量染色的深度。结果实验组根尖微渗漏小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去除玷污层可有效减少微渗漏的发生。
