摘要
介绍了冷拉伸滚压成形原理,冷拉伸滚压是对阶梯轴类零件、杆类零件加工的一种新型加工工艺,其具有不需要对工件进行预加热、提高材料利用率、能耗低和生产率高等优点。采用大型有限元软件进行数值仿真分析,得出了应力应变分布情况,由此可以验证成形原理的合理性。
The mechanism of cold tension-assisted rolling forming is introduced.It is a new machining process,by which some shaft and step shaft can be machined.The rough part needn't be heated before machined by this process.In this way,the material using ratio improves,the power using is low and the productivity is high.The cold tension-assisted rolling forming process was simulated by finite element numerical simulation software.From the simulation result,the distribution of the stress and strain was obtained.So the mechanism of cold tension-assisted rolling forming is reasonable.
