摘要
针对喷射沉积连续挤压技术所要求的有限范围内的合金沉积问题,通过对工艺参数的调整,研究了过热度、雾化气体压力、导流管突出长度以及流型区域控制辊轮的转速对喷射沉积区域控制的影响。结果表明,过热度和导流管的突出长度对沉积区域没有影响;雾化气体压力和区域控制辊轮的转速对沉积区域有影响;得到相对较窄的喷射沉积组织,可以降低雾化气体压力和增大区域控制辊轮的转速。
Aiming at the problem that spray deposition and continuous extrusion tachnology requires deposition of alloys within the limited range,by adjusting the process parameters,the effects of the degree of overheating,atomization pressure,the highlighted length of the air-management pipe and the speed of the control roller on the spray deposition area were studied.The results show that the degree of overheating and the highlight length of the air-management pipe have no effects on the deposition area.The atomization pressure and the speed of the control roller have effects on the deposition area.In order to get a relatively narrow spray deposition structure,the atomization pressure should be as low as possible and the speed of the control roller should be as quick as possible.
