摘要
采用Deform-3D有限元软件对高筋铝合金航空接头锻件锻压成形工艺进行了仿真分析,获得了成形良好、应变分布均匀的最佳预锻件形状。在实验室压机上开展了缩比锻件的成形工艺实验,研究结果表明:优化的预锻件在模腔中的流动性提高、锻件充填完好、变形均匀、应力应变集中降低,所得锻件流线顺畅、晶粒细小、纤维组织明显、力学性能优良,避免了锻造缺陷;仿真与实验结果吻合,为航空接头锻件设计及成形工艺提供了依据。
The forging process for Al-alloy aviation joint forging with high web was simulated by using Deform-3D software,the best pre-forging shape with good formability and strain distribution was obtained.The experiment of scaled-down forging was carried out in laboratory's hydraulic press.The results show that optimized pre-forging's material flowability in the cavity improves and the forging has good filling.The deformation of the forging is uniform and the strain and stress concentration decreases significantly.The fibrous structure with smooth flow lines,fine grain and excellent mechanical properties is obtained by the optimized pre-forging and the usual die forging's defects are avoided.The simulation results are agreed with the experimental results,which provides an important basis for the aviation joint forging's pre-forging design and forming process.
