摘要
以汽车后盖为研究对象,利用UG/AUTOFORM软件建立其拉深成形有限元模型,对比分析了曲面压料面和平面压料面对汽车后盖拉深成形工艺的影响。结果显示,随着压边力的逐渐增加,曲面压料时主应变与厚度变化较大,而平面压料时主应变与厚度变化不大。平面压料面有利于汽车后盖的拉深成形,其较佳的成型工艺参数为压边力1200kN、主应变0.248854、零件最小厚度为0.793656mm。
Taking a cover for automotive boot as a study object,the finite element model was established by using UG/AUTOFORM to analyze the influence of the binder surface on drawing the cover of automotive boot.The influence of curved binder surface on drawing the cover of automotive boot was compared with that of the planar binder surface.The results show that the change of main strain and thickness of sheet is noticeable with the increase of the binder surface force,but it is not so when the planar binder surface is used.The planar binder surface has an advantage over the curved binder surface.The better technological parameters are that the binder surface force is 1200 kN and the main strain is 0.248854 and the minimum thickness of the part is 0.793656 mm.
