基于BAg45CuZn钎料空气炉中钎焊紫铜的工艺参数研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用BAg45CuZn钎料对T2铜进行空气炉中钎焊。采用不同的钎焊温度和保温时间进行试验,测试了钎缝力学性能。通过分析钎缝的断口形貌和组织,研究了钎焊温度、保温时间、壁厚以及冷却方式对钎缝组织和性能的影响。结果表明,温度过低和保温时间过短,钎料与母材相互冶金作用不强,结合不紧密;温度过高和保温时间过长,钎料向母材严重扩散,焊缝抗拉强度降低。保温时间与母材壁厚的平方成正比,与加热温度成反比例关系;不同的冷却速度对钎缝的组织和性能影响也不同,空冷容易出现脆性相,随炉冷却时焊缝可以得到良好的组织和力学性能。 The air furance brazing of copper T2 with filler BAg45CuZn was carried out by selecting brazing temperature and holding time.The effect of brazing temperature,holding time,metal thickness and cooling pattern on the microstructure and tensile strength were studied by testing mechanical properties and analyzing fracture morphology and microstructure of the brazed seam.The results show that,when the temperature is lower and holding time is shorter,the metallurgical action between the filler and the base metal is not good,so the bonding strength is not firm;when the brazing temperature is higher and the holding time is longer,the filler leaks into the red copper seriously,thus the tensile strength decreases.The holding time is proportional to the square of the metal thickness and opposited to the holding time;different cooling speeds also has different effects on the microstructure and tensile strength of the seam,which can generate the brittle phase with air-cooling,and the good microstructure and tensile strength of the weld seam can be obtained by furnace cooling.
