摘要
利用气体动力学理论,针对喷射沉积连续挤压所要求的沉积体形状问题,对雾化器出口的气体射流进行了分析,研究了雾化器与形状控制辊轮之间的配合问题。并导出了计算公式,得出获得最佳形状控制效果的沉积体所需的参数。
By the theory of gases dynamics,for the problem that spray deposition and conform technology requires deposition of alloys within the limited range adjusting the process,axial flow of gas exit jet has been analyzed.Study the coordination between the atomizer and the rolls for shape control,and the mathematical expression has been given out.Parameters for the best shape control results of the deposits have been established
