BMP-6对卵巢功能和生殖能力作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 骨形态发生蛋白-6(BMP-6)是骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)家族中的成员之一,而BMPs又属于转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族的成员。近年来发现,BMP-6在与生殖有关的多个过程中有着独特的作用。BMP-6及其受体在卵巢内的卵母细胞、颗粒细胞和膜细胞中均有分布,通过其在卵巢内的信号途径来调节类固醇激素的合成;对于不同种属的颗粒细胞和膜细胞的增殖具有不同的作用。从这两个角度讲,BMP-6对于雌性的生殖能力是有影响的。但目前关于BMP-6影响雌性生殖能力的研究具有矛盾性,仍需更广泛和更深入地研究。
