摘要
大部分胶质瘤具有浸润生长的特点，是癌症治疗领域的一大难题。有资料显示，在联合了手术、放疗、替莫唑胺化疗等治疗后，胶质母细胞瘤患者的平均生存期也只有19．6个月．是预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一。
