摘要
对镍铝黄铜不同压加率条件下冷轧薄板进行不同工艺的等温退火试验,观察等温退火后试样的硬度及组织变化;建立布氏硬度和退火温度之间的函数及数学模型。结果表明,随冷轧压加率的提高,再结晶温度降低。
The isothermal annealing experiment for cold-rolled sheet of nickel aluminum brass with different temperature and time under the condition of different increasing rate in pressure was carried out.The changes of hardness and microstructure of the samples after isothermal annealing were observed.The function and mathematics model between brinell hardness and annealing temperature was established.The results show that the crystallization temperature decreases with the increase of cold pressure rate.
