摘要
我国农村居民点用地粗放,加强农村居民点用地变化及驱动机制研究,对于合理利用土地具有重要的理论与现实意义。以中部欠发达地区的湖北省咸宁市为研究对象,采用1996-2006年农村居民点用地面积数据及相关社会经济数据,分析了农村居民点用地面积的动态变化和区域差异变化,并采用灰色关联模型对其驱动力进行了研究。结果表明:(1)近十年来咸宁市农村居民点用地总面积和农村居民点人均用地面积均呈逐年上升趋势。(2)农村居民点用地面积增加主要集中在咸安区、通山县和赤壁市。(3)农村居民点用地面积变化主要受总人口、城市化和经济发展等相关因素影响。
Rural settlement land expansion problem is more serious than ever before in China, so the study on the changes of land use rural residence and their driving forces is important for protecting cultivated land and accelerating the new rural construction and rural development theoretically and realistically. Taking Xianning City in Hubei province in less-developed areas of middle China as an example, according to the socioeconomic data and the data of rural residential land from 1996 to 2006, this paper analyzed of the area change of rural residential land and driving force by the method of gray relational analysis model. The results showed: (1) During the last ten years, the total area of rural residential and per capita rural residential land area has increased. (2) The main increasing area of rural residence located on Xianan County, Tongshan County and Chibi City; (3)The area change of rural residential land was mainly influenced by total population, urbanization and economy development in Xianning city.
