摘要
产品装配过程中,有效地控制装配间隙至关重要。设计了基于图像处理的装配现场端面间隙便携式测量系统,包括硬件组成和软件实现。对金属工件间隙和非金属工件间隙的多次测量数据进行分析,实验结果表明:设计的测量系统测量不确定度在3.9μm内。
It is essential to control clearance of assembly parts during assembling product. A portable end clearance measurement system based on end clearance measurement is designed, including hardware build-up and software realization. Many times measurement datas of metal workpiece clearance and nonmetal workpiece clearance are analyzed. The analysis shows uncertainty of measurement system is less than 3.9 μm.
