摘要 提出了一种检测玻璃珠成圆率的新方法,运用WebCamera为核心,配合专业镜头、自制光源和显微镜,将其改造成为路面标线用玻璃珠成圆率视觉检测系统,利用LabVIEW 8.2调用Windows系统下的avicap 32.dll和user 32.dll对WebCamera进行驱动,实现了对玻璃珠圆度的正确检测,避免使用专业摄像机,节约了设计成本和项目开发时间。 A new method is brought up, which takes WebCamera as the core with professional lens, homenmde light source and microscope, it is transformed into the detecting system of roundness of glass beads for pavement marking. LabVIEW 8.2 is used to drive the WebCamera by using the file of avicap 32. dll and user 32. dll under the system of Windows. It is proved that the system can correctly detects the roundness of glass beads. Avoid using the professional video camera. It can save design costs and development time.
