摘要
研究开发了一种用于民用膜式燃气表检定的电驱动活塞式气体流量标准装置。介绍了电驱动活塞式气体流量标准装置的结构,根据标准装置的结构和膜式燃气表检定规程,推导出膜式燃气表4台联检的数学模型;设计了一种基于LabVIEW平台和PLC的检定系统软硬件;进行活塞式气体流量标准装置的重复性实验,证明该检定装置的重复性优于0.05%;采用该装置检定G4型膜式燃气表,与钟罩式气体流量标准装置的检定结果进行比对,一致性良好。
The new electric drive piston gas flow standard device for critical thmily diaphragm gas meters is researched and developed. The structure of the electric drive piston gas flow standard device is described. The mathematical models of Joint Inspection of 4 diaphragm gas meters is derived according to the structure of standard device and verification regulation of diaphragm gas meters. The calibration system for family diaphragm gas meter based on LabVIEW and PLC is designed. It' s proved that repeatability of the new electric drive piston gas flow standard device is better than 0.05 % by the testing of device repeatability. Compared with bell gas flow standard deviee in critical G4-type diaphragm gas meter,the result shows a good agreement.
