韩日邦交正常化的实现及其影响

The Normalization of Diplomatic Relations between Korea and Japan

战后韩日关系是美苏冷战的直接产物,韩日双方因在历史认识、战后补偿、领海、领土主权等问题方面存在严重对立,致使建交历经李承晚、朴正熙两届政府7次谈判才得以实现。韩日关系正常化不仅对后来两国经济、政治、军事关系的发展带来深远影响,而且对东北亚地区政治、经济格局产生了重大作用。

Cold War between Soviet Union and the U. S. A resulted in stressed relations between Korea and Japan. Different understandings of history, opposite views on issues of compensation after the War and sovereignty had made the normalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries experienced seven negotiations during the two governments of Rhee Syng-man and Park Chung-hee. The normalization has deeply influenced not only the development of economy, politics and the military on both sides, but also the formation of political and economic patterns in Northeast Asia.
