论朝鲜族小学教师教育体制的转型

摘要 五年制师范学校是20世纪90年代末诞生的新的师范培养模式,作为新事物,这一培养模式在新的历史条件下却陷入生源质量差、课程设置不合理、就业竞争激烈等种种困境之中。要摆脱这种困境,一要提高教师的教育质量;二要完善政策措施,增强教师教育吸引力;三要构建科学合理的学科与专业设置。 As a new training mode for teachers formed at the end of 1990’s in China, five-year normal school education is now facing difficulties which mainly include poor quality of the sources of students, unreasonable curriculum provisions and intensive competition. Ways to overcome these difficulties are as follows: 1. to improve the educational quality for teachers; 2. to perfect related policies and countermeasures so as to make the education more attractive; 3. to focus on the construction of scientific disciplines and specialties.
