论延边地区毒品犯罪预防教育现状及对策

Present Situation of the Education of Drug-related Crimes Prevention in Yanbian and the Countermeasures

一个地区毒品犯罪的严重性不仅与该地区的独特的地理位置以及经济状况有关,而且与该地区的毒品犯罪预防教育有很大的关系。延边地区作为毒品犯罪的重灾区,特别是延边州府延吉市被称为"冰城"①,无疑是与公民对毒品的认识有很大的关系,因此,通过对目前延边地区毒品犯罪预防教育的现状进行问卷调查,可以分析出延边地区毒品犯罪教育中所存在的问题,有利于制定有约束力的强化毒品犯罪预防教育的法规、政策以及适合延边地区的教育方法和措施,以期来遏制延边地区的毒品犯罪的蔓延。

Whether drug-related crimes are serious or not in a region will concern greatly with not only its unique geographical environment and economic conditions, but also with the educational level of drug-related crime prevention. Yanbian has become a harder-hit area and Yanji, the capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, is now even called ＂an ice city＂. It is undoubtedly that public＇s awareness of the harm of drug has not been aroused completely. Therefore, a questionnaire survey of the present situation of the above-mentioned education will be helpful to analyze problems of the education so that binding regulations, policies and suitable countermeasures could be made to reinforce the education and restrain the spreading of drug-related crimes.
