民族高校图书馆文献资源的状况及其对策——以延边大学图书馆为例

Document Database Construction in Library of the University for Nationalities——Taking Library of Yanbian University as an Example

延边大学图书馆文献资源建设过程中存在着经费短缺、空间有限、人才缺乏等问题。要解决这些问题,就要拓宽经费来源渠道,增加馆藏空间,加强馆员队伍建设,形成与民族大学办学特色相匹配的数字文献资源系统,积极参与到CALIS的子项目建设中,并在本地区文献资源共建中发挥重要作用,这不失为民族高校图书馆文献资源建设的对策。

Scarcity of budgetary resources, limited spaces and lack of qualified personnel are the main prob- lems which the library of Yanbian University is now facing in its document database construction. Coun- termeasures to these problems should include： to widen the sources of funds; to expand the space efficiency; to strengthen the quality of personnel concerned; to build a digital database system suitable for the higher education offered in the university for nationalities; to actively participate in the sub-item building of CALIS and make joint efforts in the construction of local document database.
