摘要
利用ABAQUS软件对壁板斜搭接件各钉承载比例进行了三维有限元分析。在分析过程中采用静态接触算法模拟钉与板的连接、板与板的搭接,并综合考虑搭接片之间的摩擦和接触、沉头铆钉上的预紧力、铆钉干涉量以及整个模拟试验件的边界约束条件。分析计算结果与试验结果基本一致,说明采用该软件和静态接触算法来模拟计算钉载分配是可行的。研究结果表明,在一定的使用范围内,对于机翼壁板斜搭接结构,减少搭接片最小厚度,一、四排钉传载率下降,二、三排钉传载率上升,钉载分配趋于均匀,且孔周局部应力集中也有所降低。
The pin load distribution of scarfed lap joint was studied using ABAQUS software.The connects between countersunk rivet and sheet,upper and lower sheets were simulated by introducing the static state contact arithmetic.The friction between jointed sheets,the clamping force of the countersunk rivet,interference-fit as well as the boundary conditions of the whole modes were considered comprehensively in the analysis.The calculated results agree well with experiment data.It is proved that using static state contact arithmetic with ABAQUS software to simulate the pin load distribution is feasible.The study shows that reducing the minimum thickness of jointed sheet can average.Meanwhile,the local stress concentration is reduced remarkably.
