摘要
分析了小孔冲孔的工艺特点,考虑了冲头可能的失效形式。根据空调离合器带轮腰形孔的特征,分析并设计了腰形孔成形模。基于Deform-3D软件建立了冲孔有限元模型,分析了成形过程工件上的等效应力分布以及载荷曲线,并对冲头进行了承载分析。生产试验表明,模具结构合理,能加工出合格的产品,满足了批量生产的要求。
The process characteristics of small hole punching were analyzed and the possible failure mode of punch was considered. According to the characteristics of waist-shaped hole of air-conditioning clutch pulleys, the waist-shaped hole forming die was analyzed and designed. A FEM mode of punching was established based on the Deform-3D software. The effective stress distribution of the work piece and the load curve during forming process was analyzed, and the load analysis was carried out for punch. The production test indicates that the die structure is reasonable, and the die can produce qualified products and meet the requirements of mass production.
