船形盖注塑模设计

摘要 分析了船形盖塑件的结构和成型特点,设计了三分型面单型腔侧向内、外抽芯注塑模具,介绍了模具的成型零件和主要结构的设计方法。模具采用组合式凸、凹模,固定在定模内的弯销实现外侧抽芯,斜顶内侧抽芯,斜楔和拉钩分型、拉杆定距实现顺序开模,活动镶件模外脱模。模具总体结构合理,工作可靠。 The structural and forming features of the boat-shaped cover were analyzed, and the injection mould with three parting faces and single cavity and inner and outer side-core slides was designed. Then the design method of the molding parts and main structures of the mould were introduced. The structure of punch and die was adopted, and the outer side core-pulling was realized by the dog-led cam fixed in the fixed mould, the inside core-pulling was realized by the angled ejecting, the sequential mould opening was realized by wedge and retractor parting and controlled interval pull rod, and the activities inserts was demoulded outside the mould. The overall structure of the mould is reasonable and it works reliably.
