摘要
介绍了渐开线塑料齿轮注塑模具设计的关键技术。着重对齿轮模具的型腔设计、浇口设计及材料选用等方面进行了详细阐述,对渐开线塑料齿轮的模具设计进行了分析。结果表明,齿轮精度高,啮合情况好。
The key technologies of injection mould design for the involute plastic gear wcre introduced. The gear mould cavity design, gate design and material selection were mainly detailed, and the mould design for the involute plastic gear was analyzed. The result shows that the gear has high precision and meshes well.
