桃红四物汤加味治疗骨转移癌痛的临床研究

Clinical Research on Chinese Medicine to Relieve Pain and Improve Sleep for the Osseous Metastasis Cancer Patients

观察了桃红四物汤减轻骨转移癌痛患者疼痛的疗效。将50例骨转移癌痛患者随机分为试验组及对照组各25例,试验组应用桃红四物汤加味联合氨酚羟考酮片,对照组应用氨酚羟考酮片。治疗7 d后采用NRS、Kps和PSQI量表进行评分。结果试验组治疗前NRS、Kps和PSQI量表评分分别为6.80±1.35、53.20±9.67、15.92±1.91;治疗后NRS、Kps和PSQI量表评分分别为2.60±1.26、85.00±7.91、5.92±1.98;对照组治疗前NRS、Kps和PSQI量表评分分别为6.88±1.39、52.60±9.59、15.84±1.72;治疗后NRS、Kps和PSQI量表评分分别为3.52±1.12、76.40±7.97、8.04±1.74,治疗后两组有显著性差异。说明桃红四物汤加味治疗骨转移癌痛疗效确切,能提高患者的生活质量,显著改善患者睡眠。

To investigate the effect of chinese traditional medicine to relieve pain and improve sleep quality for osseous metastasis cancer patients, 50 cases of osseous metastasis cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group （n = 25 ） and the trial group （n = 25）. The trial group were treated with chinese traditional medicine and Oxycodone Acetaminophen, the control group were only treated with Oxycodone Acetaminophen. The treatment courses were both 7 days to observe the improvement on intensity of pain, quality of sleep and life. It is resulted that after treatment the NRS, Kps and PSQI scores of trial group were 2. 60 ± 1.26,85. 00 ±7.91,5.92 ± 1.98;The NRS,Kps and PSQI scores of control group were 3.52 ± 1.12,76.40 ±7.97,8.04± 1.74. Scores of trial group are significantly lower than those of the control group. It is conclused that Chinese traditional medicine can obviously help osseous metastasis cancer patients soften the pain and raise the quality of sleep and life.
