摘要
我国多地出现了淡季电荒现象,窃电现象更是加剧了电力供应的紧张;智能防窃电在线监测系统中规约模型的分析显得尤为重要。IEC101规约的深入分析对于防窃电系统的应用至关重要。对于配电网故障定位也有很好的监测效果,保障了电网的安全运行。智能防窃电主站系统采用101规约与专变终端通讯。后台监测通过实时曲线图的更新、自动保存、实时告警等达到监测目的。性能稳定、良好,在中国电力科学研究院测试中,各项指标均达到标准要求。
