摘要
从区域空间的角度出发,总结了当前教师资源不均衡的表现:教师在数量、中小学分配结构以及学历等方面的不均衡;从内部和外部两方面分析出教师资源不均衡的影响因素和给社会各方带来的影响,并针对此提出可解决区域教师资源不均衡问题的对策。
From the perspective of regional space,the paper summarizes the imbalance of teacher resources,which are the imbalances of the number,allocation structures in primary and secondary schools and educational backgrounds of teachers,carries out internal and external analyses on factors causing the imbalances and their influences on the society and proposes some countermeasures against the problems.
