展览会观众信息统计体系是一项庞大而复杂系统工程,包括法规标准、操作规范、操作人员、软硬件系统等所有内容。本文探讨了该体系的结构及特点,分析了标准化对观众信息统计体系的意义与作用,指出了展览行业的进一步发展离不开信息化、规范化、标准化。通过对我国展览行业现状与特色的分析,提出了一个循序渐进,建设我国展览会观众信息统计标准化支撑体系的方案。

The build-up of exhibitions-visitor-information-statistic-system is a giant complex project which includes laws, standards, specification, operators, software and hardware. By analyzing structure and characters of the system, a sensible way of standardization is pointed out to enhances the development of the system. With deeply research on worldwide visitor management systems in exhibitions industry, a schedule for constructing a well-coordinated standard system is proposed.
