基于超声波测距的液位控制系统设计

摘要 本文介绍了基于超声波测距的液位控制系统,实现了上位机系统和下位机系统软硬件设计方案构建。硬件方面,实现了系统的超声波测距电路、显示电路、键盘电路等模块的设计,并建立了与单片机的连接;软件方面,完成了系统主程序和超声波测距程序的设计,旨在提高装置的可靠性和自控精度,从而提高整个系统的工作效率。 In this paper, liquid level survey control system based on ultrasonic measurement is introduced. The hardware and software design proposal including host and digital system is realized. In the aspect of hardware, design of ultrasonic measurement circuit, display circuit and keyboard circuit etc model and connection with SCM are finished; in the aspect of software, design of host process of system and ultrasonic measurement process are finished, aim at to improve its reliability and automation precision to improve the efficiency of the whole system.
