白术多糖对樱桃谷鸭血清生化指标的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Polysaccharides of Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz on BUM、AMM、CHO、GLU in Cherry Volley Duck

摘要 试验选择白术多糖来研究其对樱桃谷肉鸭生长激素及血清生化指标的影响,为白术多糖在畜禽业的应用提供依据。选用480只1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭,随机平均分成6组,每组设4个重复,其中A为对照组,仅饲喂基础日粮;B、C、D、E为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加不同梯度(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%)的白术多糖;F为抗生素添加组。整个饲养试验分为两个阶段,1~14日龄为第一阶段,15~28日龄为第二阶段。结果表明在1~14日龄阶段,A组血清BUN浓度显著(P〈0.05)高于C组;A组血清AMM浓度显著高于(P〈0.05)C组和D组。在15~28日龄阶段,B组血清CHO浓度显著(P〈0.05)高于E组和F组;B组血清GLU浓度显著高于(P〈0.05)E组和F组。白术多糖能通过影响樱桃谷鸭血清尿素、血氨、胆固醇及血糖的浓度,发挥促生长的作用。 Polysaccharides of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz was used to evaluate its etfect on serum biological index of Cherry Volley duck'.480 one-day age cherry volley ducks were randomly divided into six groups(B、C、D、E and F groups) and control group(A group).The percentage of polysaccharide added in the B、C、D and E groups were 0.2%、0.4%、0.6% and 0.8%,respectively.The antibiotic was added in F group.Each group had four replicates.During 1-14-day age,serum BUN concentration in A treatment was scignificantly(P0.05) higher than that of C treatment;serum AMM concentration in B treatment was also scignificantly(P0.05) higher than that of C and D treatments.During 15-28-day age,serum CHO concentration inB treatment was scignificantly(P0.05) higher than that of E and F treatments;serum GLU concentration in A treatment was scignificantly(P0.05) higher than that of E and F treatments.
